Delivery and Shipping Costs

Shipping Information

We currently deliver our products exclusively within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. All orders are processed and dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment. Shipping is generally handled by courier service (DPD). For items that are not suitable for parcel shipment, we engage a freight forwarder.

•Shipping Costs: Flat rate of CHF 9.90 (incl. postage and packaging)

•Free Shipping: On orders with a net value of CHF 50.00 or more

•Express Delivery: Orders paid by 2:00 PM are generally delivered the next business day.

•Warehouse: All items are shipped directly from our Swiss warehouse.

Please note that when ordering multiple items, the shipment may be consolidated but could arrive in several packages. Partial deliveries are possible.

Payment Information

For payments made at a post office counter, an additional fee of CHF 1.50 must be added to the total amount. Please always include the order number as a reference with your payment.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return ordered products within 7 calendar days of dispatch or collection. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by you.

Conditions for a Return:

The products must be in perfect, unused condition and returned to us properly packaged in their original packaging with all accessories. Damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted and will be invoiced in full.

Refund:

Provided the above conditions are met and payment has already been made in advance, Optitrade & Service AG will refund the full purchase price in the form of a merchandise voucher (online coupon) for our shop. A cash payout or a bank transfer of the purchase amount is excluded.
