Delivery and Shipping Costs

Products are currently shipped only within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Shipping costs include postage and packaging and are calculated automatically. Deliveries are generally made by Planzer Paket. For items that cannot be shipped as parcels, we commission a freight carrier.

Shipping Information

If an order contains several items, they are usually shipped together, although multiple parcels may be used. Partial deliveries are possible. Please note that your order will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been received. Depending on the product, orders are shipped as parcels or freight consignments.

Payment Information

For payments made at a post-office counter, please add the fee of CHF 1.50 to the total amount. Please make your payment to the following account and always state the order number:

Returns

Optitrade & Service AG grants customers the right to return ordered products within a maximum of 7 calendar days from dispatch or collection.

Customers must organise and send back returns themselves (bring-in). Return postage is payable by the customer. Products must be properly packaged in their original packaging and include all accessories. Damaged products will not be accepted or will be charged to the customer in full.

If a customer exercises the right of return, Optitrade & Service AG will reimburse the full purchase price in the form of a store credit or online voucher, provided that payment has already been made in advance and the products are in perfect condition as described above. Cash payments or refunds to the original payment method are excluded.
